Last month, on Facebook we showed you a little sneak peek of our new website. Since then we've been working hard and we're finally ready to show the world new, improved Damn Fine Prints.
We spent last couple of weeks trying out new stuff. We've been looking for something that will blow our mind. We wanted to deliver a quality so high, you can't believe it's real. And you know what? We did. Take a look at a quick round up of improvements.
Bigger prints now available
Although you really liked our print quality, some of you were complaining about just one print size being available. Most of you wanted to order a bigger print, since you found 11.7" x 16.5" too small to hang on your wall. And we listened. Starting today, you can now order any print in one of three available sizes.
There's A4 size (8.3" x 11.7") which looks great standing on a desk next to a computer screen (we especially recommend What is Simplicity print for that). There's also A3 size (11.7" x 16.5") that you all know. This one looks great both put on a desk or hanging on a wall. And of course we now have the King Size available - A2 (16.5" x 23.4") - double the size we offered before. We do not recommend putting this on your desk, since it's quite a big thing ;) For more info visit this page.
Much better quality
We greatly improved our print quality. We actually spent few weeks testing some of the best papers and printers available. And we finally chose Epson Stylus Pro 3880 and ultrasmooth 300gsm paper from HARMAN by Hahnemühle. These are top-notch products. We were amazed when first prints came out from the printer. It's like Retina Display, but on paper. You can read more about the quality of our prints here.
Awesome new logo
Last, but not least... Thanks to the guys from Lunatic Agency and their amazing talent we now have the most awesome logo. From now on, back of all our prints will be stamped with the logo. Just like the image below.
We also added couple of new designs to the store. For a quick round up of new arrivals go to this blog post. We hope you like what we've done. Leave a comment or join our community on Facebook or on Twitter.
